Our nurses and care workers help where needed and encourage what you can do yourself. Prevention, living safely at home and maintaining independence are central to our care.

Personal care

Respectful help with washing, showering, dressing and other daily personal care, with attention to your privacy, habits and pace.

Medication and health

Support with medication and monitoring your health. If something changes, we discuss it with you and coordinate with the professional involved where needed.

Wound care and nursing procedures

Skilled nursing care at home, including wound care, carried out according to your care plan with attention to safety, recovery and comfort.

Independence in daily life

We support you with movement, transfers and daily tasks, always looking at what you can continue doing yourself, with your family carer if appropriate.
