HOUSEHOLD HELP AT HOME

A comfortable home,
with help that suits you

When household tasks become difficult, we help you keep your home clean, safe and comfortable. We take your household, privacy, habits and the things you wish to keep doing yourself into account.

—
PRACTICAL HELP, PERSONALLY AGREED

Together, we keep your home clean and safe

We look together at which tasks are needed for a comfortable household. Where possible, you remain active and in control, with help only where it is needed.

A clean and hygienic home

We help keep the main living areas clean, including the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Laundry and linen

If included in our arrangements, we help with washing, drying, folding and ironing clothing, towels and bedding.

Order and safety at home

A tidy, well-organised home helps you carry out daily tasks safely and continue feeling comfortable at home.

Noticing and discussing changes

If a staff member notices an important change in your wellbeing or home situation, we discuss it with you first and only involve a loved one or professional with your permission.

HOW WE WORK

Respect for your home and habits

Your home is your familiar environment. Our staff therefore work carefully and discreetly, respecting your belongings, daily routine, language and cultural habits.

We make clear arrangements, try to provide familiar faces and regularly discuss whether the help still suits your situation.

A familiar face wherever possible
Clear tasks, times and expectations agreed in advance
Respect for your privacy, home and background
Reviewing and adjusting arrangements together

FROM YOUR QUESTION TO CLEAR ARRANGEMENTS

Requesting household help

1. Tell us what is difficult

You, your family carer or referring professional contacts us and briefly describes the home situation.

2. We look at what is needed

We discuss your care needs assessment, home, abilities and which tasks take priority.

3. We record the support arrangements

You know which tasks we will do, how often we will visit and what you can expect from us.

4. Help begins and is reviewed

We start as agreed and discuss whether the support remains suitable and effective.
