A place to feel at home,
with care that suits you
Everyone deserves a place where they feel at home. Stichting Brunnera helps you continue living comfortably and with dignity in familiar surroundings for as long as possible, with care and support that reflect your wishes, abilities, language and culture.
You come first
Your daily life, wishes and abilities are our starting point.
Close by and easy to reach
Personal care, with direct communication and a familiar point of contact.
Your language and culture matter
Special attention to clients of Armenian heritage, with respect for everyone’s background. Everyone is welcome.
Working together for independence and quality of life
You can turn to us for nursing and personal care, individual and group support, household help, meal services and day activities. Together, we decide what you need and what you want and are able to keep doing yourself.
Nursing and personal care
Professional home care or long-term care through a modular home care package, temporarily or on an ongoing basis, with attention to recovery, prevention and independence.
Support and day activities
Individual and group support that provides structure, encourages talents, strengthens social connections and helps you participate as independently as possible.
Household help
Practical support for a clean, safe and comfortable home, tailored to your household and what you can continue doing yourself.
Personal, respectful and equal
Since 2015, we have provided personal care, with direct communication. We get to know you and those close to you, and make arrangements that suit your life.
We pay particular attention to people of Armenian heritage and, wherever possible, provide care in their own language, with understanding of culture and religion. Everyone who needs support is warmly welcome.
Meet others, stay active and be yourself
Our day activities combine stimulating group support with structure, social contact and activities suited to the participants. This strengthens independence and social connections and, where possible, gives family carers some time to recharge.
What support would suit you or your loved one?
Are you a client, family carer or referring professional? Tell us what is happening. We listen, explain the options clearly and work with you to find suitable care. If different expertise is needed, we coordinate with a care partner or make a careful referral.
